血清尿酸和血脂在心血管疾病中的研究进展

摘要 随着现代社会人群生活方式、饮食结构发生巨大的变化,加之人口老龄化问题日益严重,我国心血管发病率与死亡率一直在上升,已成为我国重要公共卫生问题之一。已有众多研究发现临床上血清尿酸水平和血脂水平与心血管疾病(CVD)的发生、发展和预后密切相关。本文根据既往学者研究成果就血清尿酸和血脂在CVD中的研究进展进行综述,以期在临床上为预防、治疗CVD以及改善其预后提供科学依据。 With the significant changes in the lifestyle and dietary structure of the general population in the modern society,coupled with the increasingly serious health issues related with population aging,the incidence and mortality of cardiovascular disease in China are keeping rising,which is becoming one of the important public health problems in China.Many previous studies have found that serum uric acid level and blood lipids are closely related to the occurrence,development and prognosis of cardiovascular disease(CVD).In light of the research results of previous scholars,this paper reviews the research progress of serum uric acid and blood lipids in CVD,in order to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of CVD and the improvement of prognosis in real-world clinical practice.
