摘要
为筛选出对维氏气单胞菌(Aeromonas Veronii)有拮抗效果的最优菌株,本试验从湖北荆州太湖加州鲈池塘底泥中分离获得一株细菌C2-1,对其进行全基因组测序,并研究其生防作用机制。结果表明,细菌C2-1为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis),具有广谱抑菌性,对希瓦氏菌(Shiva's bacteria)、溶血链球菌(Streptococcus hemolysis)等多种水产病原菌的抑菌直径达18.57~25.28 mm。菌株C2-1具有较高的酸碱稳定性且对温度适应范围较为广泛。扫描电子显微镜镜观察发现细菌C2-1的发酵产物对维氏气单胞菌具有破坏效果。液质联用(LC-MS)分析该细菌包含多种不同的脂肽类活性物质,如伊枯草菌素等。研究发现,贝莱斯芽孢杆菌C2-1是防治维氏气单胞菌的潜力菌株,对维氏气单胞菌具有较好的抑制作用,且应用前景良好。
In order to select the best antagonistic strain against Aeromonas Veronii,a strain of bacteria C2-1 was isolated from the bottom mud of perch ponds in Tai Lake,Jingzhou,and whole genome sequencing,the biological control mechanism was studied.The results showed that the bacterial C2-1 was found to be Bacillus velezensis,with broadspectrum antibacterial activity.Its antibacterial diameter against various aquatic pathogens such as Shiva's bacteria and Streptococcus hemolysis ranged from 18.57 to 25.28 mm.The antibacterial substances of strain C2-1 had high acid-base stability and a wide range of temperature adaptation.Electron microscopy revealed that the fermentation products of bacterial C2-1 had a destructive effect on Aeromonas veronii.LC-MS analysis showed that the bacterium contains various lipopeptide active substances,such as imidacloprid.It was found that Bacillus velezensis C2-1 was a potential strain for the control of Aeromonas veronii and had good inhibition effect on Aeromonas veronii.
