摘要
目的研究移位性跟骨骨折术后内翻与骨折形态的相关性。方法选取2019年5月至2022年4月惠阳三和医院收治的闭合性跟骨骨折手术患者87例为研究对象。测量三维CT测量冠状面内翻、横断面内翻、关节面塌陷程度、跟骨载距突累及率(Ratio)及跟骨内侧壁骨折嵌插程度,并将上述因素与术后跟骨轴位X线片测量的内翻角度进行相关性分析。结果轴位内翻(6.1°±1.8°)与内侧壁嵌插(5.4±1.1)mm之间存在显著相关性,r=0.616,P=0.000。轴位内翻(6.1°±1.8°)与关节面塌陷(4.8±1.6)mm之间无显著相关性,r=-0.122,P=0.262。轴位内翻(6.1°±1.8°)与Ratio(0.5%±0.1%)之间无显著相关性,r=-0.151,P=0.162。结论跟骨骨折关节面累及范围及塌陷程度与内翻畸形并无相关性,内侧壁嵌插与术后跟骨内翻具有较强的相关性。
Objective To investigate the correlation between varus and fracture morphology after operation of displaced calcaneal fracture.Methods A total of 87 patients from Huiyang Sanhe Hospital with closed calcaneal fracture treated from May 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects.Three-dimensional CT was used to measure coronal varus,cross-sectional varus,articular surface collapse,calcaneal calcaneal calcaneal calcaneal calcaneal fracture insertion degree,and the correlation between the above factors and the varus angle measured by postoperative calcaneal radiographs was analyzed.Results There was a significant correlation between axial inversion(6.1°±1.8°)and internal wall insertion(5.4±1.1)mm,r=0.616,P=0.000.There was no significant correlation between axial inversion(6.1°±1.8°)and articular surface collapse(4.8±1.6)mm,r=-0.122,P=0.262.There was no significant correlation between axial inversion(6.1°±1.8°)and Ratio(0.5%±0.1%),r=-0.151,P=0.162.Conclusion There is no correlation between the involution range and collapse degree of articular surface of calcaneal fracture and varus deformity,but there is strong correlation between medial wall insertion and postoperative varus of calcaneal bone.
