无缝隙护理干预在足踝部骨折患者中的护理效果体会

目的探讨无缝隙护理干预在足踝部骨折患者中的护理效果。方法选取南通市海门区中医院2021年1月至2023年6月收治的92例足踝部骨折患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理)和研究组(无缝隙护理干预),每组46例,比较两组负性情绪[抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分]、踝关节功能[美国足踝外科协会(American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society,AOFAS)踝-后足功能评分]、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分]、康复情况、护理满意度。结果两组干预前的负性情绪评分和疼痛程度比较无差异(P>0.05);实施无缝隙护理干预后,研究组SDS、SAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛、步行、足踝运动、功能与自主活动评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后24 h、48 h的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),但干预后72 h,两组VAS评分比较无差异(P>0.05)。下床活动时长、住院时长、骨折愈合时长均短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙护理干预在足踝部骨折患者中的应用效果显著,能减轻患者的负面情绪和疼痛,改善其踝关节功能,促进其尽早恢复。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of seamless nursing intervention in patients with ankle fractures.Methods 92 patients with ankle fractures admitted to Haimen District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into a control group(conventional nursing)and a study group(seamless nursing intervention)using a random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.Negative emotions[self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score],ankle joint function[American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)score],pain level[visual analogue scale(VAS)score],rehabilitation status,and nursing satisfaction.Results There was no significant difference in negative emotion scores and pain levels between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);After implementing seamless nursing intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of pain,walking,ankle movement,function,and autonomous activity were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the intervention group at 24 hours and 48 hours were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),but there was no difference in VAS scores between the two groups at 72 hours after intervention(P>0.05).The duration of getting out of bed activity,hospitalization,and fracture healing were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of nursing was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of seamless nursing intervention in patients with ankle fractures is significant,which can significantly reduce negative emotions and pain,improve ankle joint function,and promote early recovery.
