城市更新背景下日常生活多样性的重塑:记忆、社区与公共空间

Reshaping the Diversity of Daily Life in the Context of Urban Renewal:Memory Space,Community Space and Public Space

2020年12月在北京举行的中央经济工作会议将“要实施城市更新行动,推进城镇老旧小区改造”列为“坚持扩大内需这个战略基点”的重要工作内容之一。当我国经济发展进入结构性减速的时期,联动地引发了政治与社会、空间与文化的全面转型,城市更新作为促进城市功能提升、产业结构升级、空间品质优化和人居环境改善的重要举措,成为了城市空间开发和建设的主要方向。本文以“城市更新”作为论述背景,对记忆空间、社区空间、公共空间三个相互关联的议题进行了梳理,并探讨了经由空间实践重塑日常生活多样性的可能。

The Central Economic Work Conference held in Beijing in December 2020 listed“implementing urban renewal actions and promoting the renovation of old urban communities”as one of the important tasks of“adhering to the strategic basis of expanding domestic demand”.When China’s economic development enters a period of structural deceleration,it has triggered a comprehensive transformation of politics and society,space and culture.As an important measure to promote the improvement of urban functions,industrial structure upgrading,spatial quality optimization and human settlement environment improvement,urban renewal has become the main direction of urban space development and construction.This paper takes“urban renewal”as the background for discussion,combs three interrelated issues of memory space,community space and public space,and explores the possibility of reshaping the diversity of daily life through spatial practice.
