摘要
目的观察内镜下组织胶联合黏膜注射治疗消化性溃疡出血的疗效。方法80例消化性溃疡出血患者,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(内镜下黏膜注射,40例)及观察组(内镜下医用组织胶联合黏膜注射,40例)。比较两组患者的住院情况(住院时间、住院费用)、止血效果及再出血情况。结果观察组患者的住院时间(4.53±0.66)d短于对照组的(7.97±1.27)d,住院费用(1426.85±30.79)元少于对照组的(1896.96±45.18)元,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者止血成功率95.00%高于对照组的75.00%,止血失败率5.00%、再出血率2.50%均低于对照组的25.00%、20.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对消化性溃疡出血应用内镜下组织胶联合黏膜注射治疗,可显著缩短患者住院时间,减少住院费用,提升止血成功率,并降低再出血率,效果理想。
Objective To observe the efficacy of endoscopic tissue glue combined with mucosal injection in the treatment of gastrointestinal ulcer bleeding.Methods 80 patients with gastrointestinal ulcer bleeding were divided into a control group(endoscopic mucosal injection,40 cases)and an observation group(endoscopic tissue glue combined with mucosal injection,40 cases).The hospitalization conditions(hospitalization time,hospitalization costs),hemostatic effect,and rebleeding of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had shorter hospitalization time of(4.53±0.66)d than(7.97±1.27)d in the control group,and less hospitalization costs of(1426.85±30.79)yuan than(1896.96±45.18)yuan in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hemostasis success rate in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group;the observation group had hemostasis failure rate of 5.00%and rebleeding rate of 2.50%,which were lower than 25.00%and 20.00%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of gastrointestinal ulcer bleeding,the use of endoscopic tissue glue combined with mucosal injection can significantly shorten the hospitalization time,reduce hospitalization costs,improve the hemostasis success rate,and reduce the rebleeding rate with desirable effects.
