摘要
大学生群体睡眠问题日益严重,超六成学生面临睡眠挑战。本研究从有限自制力理论出发,探析大学生睡眠拖延行为背后的心理机制。使用自我控制量表、自我调节疲劳量表、睡眠拖延行为量表和一般自我效能感量表,对安徽省507名大学生进行调查。结果发现:自我控制显著正向预测睡眠拖延行为;自我损耗在自我控制与睡眠拖延行为之间起中介作用;自我效能感调节这一中介效应的后半路径具。本研究为理解大学生睡眠拖延行的发生及其作用机制提供了新的视角,为睡眠拖延行为的预防和干预提供了一定的实证支持。
College students’sleep problems are getting worse and worse.According to data analysis,more than 60% of students face the challenges of sleeping.Based on the theory of limited self-control,this study explores the psychological mechanism behind college students’bedtime procrastination.In this study,507 college students in Anhui Province were investigated by self-control scale,self-regulated fatigue scale,bedtime procrastination scale and general self-efficacy scale.The results showed that self-control has a significant positive predictive effect on bedtime procrastination;Ego depletion mediates between self-control and bedtime procrastination;Self-efficacy regulates the second half of this mediating effect.The results of this study provide a new perspective for understanding the occurrence and mechanism of bedtime procrastination among college students,and offer empirical support for the prevention and intervention of bedtime procrastination.
