摘要
合同法学课程具有明显的理论性和实践性,在教学中立足于建构主义理论和“慎思明辨”的法学教育理念开展课程思政设计,通过思政元素的挖掘与提炼、思政情境的创设,采用“案例分析+探究式互动+n”的方式,实现多种教学方法相融合,有助于提高学习者学习的主动性,使其在建构知识的过程中树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观。
The course of Contract Law has obvious theoretical and practical features.Based on the design of ideological and political education of the course established on the theory of constructivism and the concept of"deliberate discernment"in legal education,it realizes the integration of various teaching methods through the excavation and refinement of ideological and political elements,the creation of ideological and political scenarios,and the adoption of the method of"case analysis+inquiry interaction+n",which helps to improve learners'learning initiative,thereby to develop a sound worldview,outlook on life and values in the process of constructing knowledge.
