新时代青年“精神共富”:现实样态、价值审视与实现路径

Youth’s“Spiritual Prosperity”in the New Era:Realistic Pattern,Value Examination and Realization Approach

丰富青年精神世界、力促青年“精神共富”,是全面推进中国式现代化全体人民共同富裕的现实要求。当前青年群体精神世界相对丰富、精神活动相对和谐、精神追求相对高雅。但在网络技术双刃化、社会思潮叠加化、青年发展复杂化共同作用下,其精神生活也在不同层面出现一些需要合理纠偏的现实问题,这主要表现在:从个体上看存在“动态焦虑”、从群体上看存在“圈内主义”、从全体上看存在“整体失衡”等现实困境,偏离了青年“精神共富”应具有的“高质”“适量”与“平衡”等特征。实现新时代青年“精神共富”具有四维价值,即:个人维度上,可有效破除“盲期”陷阱,塑造青年个体健康人格;理论维度上,可以合理确证青年“本质”,科学实现青年群体全面发展;实践维度上,可夯实共同奋斗精神基础,有效凝聚青年创新创造合力;历史维度上,可传承与弘扬青年运动光荣传统,助推民族复兴伟大历史进程。新时代广大青年既是“精神共富”的建设主体,也是享受主体。应立足新时代“新青年”所具有的新特点和中国式现代化建设新要求,从聚焦精神生态微观组织、瞄准精神培育虚拟场域、抓好精神发展资源分配、革新精神生产旧有模式、健全精神发展长效机制等方面入手,为新时代青年“精神共富”提供决策支持和现实支撑。

Under the combined action of the double-edged network technology,the superposition of social thoughts and the complicated development of youth should be focused on.The current youth spiritual activities have problems such as dynamic anxiety from the individual point of view,inner circle from the group point of view and overall imbalance from the whole point of view.Realizing the youth’s“spiritual common prosperity”in the new era has four-dimensional values.In the individual dimension,it can effectively break the trap of“blind period”.Theoretically,it can reasonably confirm the“essence”of youth.In practice,it can unite the creative force of young people.Historically,it is inheriting and carrying forward the glorious tradition of the youth movement.Based on the new characteristics of“new youth”,we should focus on spiritual ecological micro-organization,aim at spiritual cultivation of virtual field,improe the distribution of spiritual development resources,innovate the old mode of spiritual production,and establish a long-term mechanism for spiritual development.Besides,We should provide decision-making support and realistic support for the common prosperity of spiritual life of young people in the new era.
