摘要
本文介绍了叶轮铸件的结构及砂型设计过程,并利用3D打印砂型一体成型的优势,提出一种新的3DP砂型设计方式,优化了轴孔芯和上、下流道芯设计,解决了传统工艺生产的叶轮叶片中间有披缝缺陷的问题。通过新的3DP砂型设计方法,生产出的叶轮铸件中间叶片无披缝,提高叶轮铸件外观质量及使用性能。
The paper introduces the structure of the impeller casting and the sand mold design process,and uses the advantages of 3D printing sand mold integrated forming to propose a new 3DP sand mold design method,which optimizes the design of the shaft hole core and the upper and lower channel core,solves the problem of the fin defect in the middle of the impeller blade produced by traditional process.Through the new 3DP sand mold design method,the middle blade of the impeller casting is free of fin,and the appearance quality and performance of the impeller casting are improved.
