摘要
为研究钢构螺旋楼梯的受力特点及构件效率,基于典型实际工程案例,采用SAP、YJK等建模进行计算并分析总结,揭露其受力特点类似空间关系的空腹桁架,提出螺旋楼梯的螺旋形空间桁架的受力模式。通过调整构件、支座进行分析对比,探究其影响效率。经分析论证,总结了螺旋楼梯的三维空间主要受力特点:内、外弧梁及横梁形成螺旋形空间桁架受力模式,横梁或踏步起到类腹杆的协调作用,内弧梁因其位置及几何关系受力尤其敏感高效,旋转弧度较大的螺旋楼梯常由舒适度起控制作用;并得出加宽内弧梁的宽度可更高效的提高其抗弯能力、抗扭能力,选取合适支座位置及刚度条件对舒适度分析均有高效影响的结论。文章对类钢螺旋楼梯工程设计有良好的借鉴作用。
In order to research the force characteristics and component efficiency of steel spiral staircases,based on typical practical engineering cases and uses modeling methods such as SAP and YJK for calculation,analysis,and summary.Expose the force characteristics is similar to a spatial vierendeel truss,raise the force mode of spatial vierendeel truss on spiral staircase;Analyze and compare the effects of adjusting components and supports to explore their efficiency.Through analysis and argumentation,the main stress characteristics of the 3D space of spiral stairs were summarized:the inner and outer arc beams and crossbeams formed a spatial vierendeel truss force mode,and the crossbeams or stair steps played a coordinating role like web members.The inner arc beams were particularly sensitive and efficient in stress due to their position and geometric relationships,and spiral stairs with large rotation arcs were often controlled by comfort calculation;And it is concluded that widening the width of the inner arc beam can more efficiently improve its bending and torsion resistance,and selecting appropriate support positions and stiffness conditions has an efficient impact on comfort analysis.This article has a good reference value for the design of steel spiral staircase engineering.
