摘要
拥有目前世界最大组合式矩形断面的顶管机,结合双洞密贴顶进施工技术,首次应用在深圳地铁12号线某地铁站项目。首先对过往经典的顶管施工研究进行介绍,在介绍本工程的基本情况与施工流程的基础上,围绕顶管系统的设计、施工参数的控制以及一些关键的施工措施进行详细介绍。掘进参数采用10~15 mm/min掘进速度,相应刀盘转速0.8~1.0 rpm和螺旋机转速2~3 rpm,有效平衡了地表沉降和开挖面稳定性,顶管施工共历时186 d实现双线贯通。旨在总结该示范项目的工程经验,为未来相关组合式超大断面顶管车站施工提供实用的工程指导。
A construction technology,which is the box jacking equipped with the globally largest rectangular combining sections,cooperates with parallel abutting tunneling for two tunnels,is first employed in a metro station of Shenzhen metro Line 12.Some of the classic studies on box(pipe)-jacking constructions are first introduced in this work,then grounded in the general situations of this project and construction workflows,the work discusses on the design of jacking and tunneling system,control of working parameters,and key measures for construction.The working parameters are set that tunneling velocity in 10~15 mm/min,the according cutting velocity in 0.8~1.0 rpm and conveyor velocity in 2~3 rpm,which balances surface settlement and stability of tunneling face robustly.The whole double tunnels are successfully penetrated within 186 days.This work aims at offering guidance to the box-jacking constructions with super-large combined sections by learning from the experience of this demonstration project.
