深中通道东侧沉管隧道碎石基础铺设施工关键技术

Key Technology of Crushed Stone Foundation Laying Construction for Immersed Tube Tunnel on the East Side of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link Immersed Tunnel

摘要 深中通道海底沉管隧道段长5 035 m,管节碎石基础设置V形槽,纵断面锯齿形,平面S型铺设。通过总结分析E32管节碎石基础铺设的典型施工,有效验证了用于实施东侧9个管节碎石基础的新建整平施工船机设备的适用性、可靠性、工效。通过对N2、S3、N5幅位4个角点实际平面位置与设计位置的偏差进行对比分析,得到了平面定位精度可达10 cm以内的施工结果;通过单波束自检,结合潜水员水下探摸和多波束扫测,得到了分层铺设满足±4 cm整平精度、碎石垄顶宽度不小于1.8 m的施工结果,检验了水下定位移位控制措施和GPS测控方式对碎石基础铺设精度控制的有效性。 The length of the submarine immersed tube tunnel section of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link is 5035 m,and the pipe section rubble foundation is set up with V-shaped groove,serrated longitudinal section,and S-shape laying in the plane.Summarises and analyses the typical construction of E32 pipe section rubble foundation laying,and effectively verifies the applicability,reliability and efficiency of the new levelling construction vessel equipment used to implement the rubble foundation of 9 pipe sections on the east side.By comparing and analysing the deviation between the actual plane position and the design position of the four corner points of N2,S3 and N5,the construction result that the plane positioning accuracy can reach 10 cm or less is obtained;through single-beam self-inspection,combined with underwater probing by divers and multibeam sweeping,the construction result of laying in layers to meet the leveling accuracy of±4 cm and the width of top of the crushed stone ridge of 1.8 m or less is obtained,and the construction result that underwater positioning and displacement control measures and GPS measurement and testing are verified.This is a test of the effectiveness of underwater positioning control measures and GPS measurement and control on the precision control of gravel foundation laying.
