With the rapid development of information technology,the new media era is coming.For students in vocational colleges,ideological and political education is very important,and it can play an important role in the ideological and political education of vocational college students in the new media era.This paper aims to explore the current situation and countermeasures of ideological and political education of vocational college students in the new media era.Through the analysis of the current ideological and political problems of students,the teaching strategy is proposed to improve students'ideological consciousness and enable students to have correct values.
