本文探讨高职计算机网络技术专业人才培养融合工匠精神的重要性。针对当前人才培养中敬业精神不足、理论与实践脱节等问题,提出将工匠精神贯穿人才培养始终,通过设定明确目标、优化课程、加强实践教学及完善评价,以提高学生专业技能和职业素养。此举旨在培养技艺精湛、职业素养高的人才,为社会主义现代化建设夯实人才基础。

This article explores the importance of integrating the craftsmanship spirit into the cultivation of talents majoring in computer network technology in higher vocational colleges.In view of the current problems in talent cultivation,such as insufficient professionalism and the disconnection between theory and practice,it is proposed to integrate the craftsmanship spirit throughout the entire process of talent cultivation.By setting clear goals,optimizing courses,strengthening practical teaching,and improving evaluation,students'professional skills and accomplishments are improved.This action aims to cultivate talents with superb skills and high professional quality,laying a solid talent foundation for socialist modernization.
