摘要
低碳发展是经济高质量发展的必然要求。为揭示长三角区域碳排放现状,探索三省一市碳排放协同演进规律,收集江、浙、沪、皖四地2012—2021年十年的统计年鉴数据,运用IPCC发布的化石能源折标煤系数和碳排放系数,计算并分析碳排放数据,揭示碳排放现状及变动趋势,分析长三角区域碳排放存在的问题及原因。通过分析发现,长三角区域经济发展的同时,碳排放量保持稳定,但仍处于较高水平。碳排放强度不断下降。最后基于碳排放现状及原因分析,提出针对性的对策建议。本文可以为区域低碳发展相关研究提供参考,也可以为政府制定低碳发展决策提供支持。
Low-carbon development is an inevitable requirement for high-quality economic development.In order to reveal the current situation of carbon emissions in the Yangtze River Delta region,explore the law of the collaborative evolution of carbon emissions in three provinces and one city,collect the statistical yearbook data of Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shanghai and Anhui from 2012 to 2021,use the fossil energy discount coal coefficient and carbon emission coefficient released by the IPCC,calculate and analyze the carbon emission data,and reveal the current situation and change trend of carbon emissions.The problems and causes of carbon emission in Yangtze River Delta region were analyzed.Through the analysis,it is found that while the economic development of the Yangtze River Delta region,carbon emissions remain stable,but still at a high level.The intensity of carbon emissions continues to decline.Finally,based on the analysis of the current situation of carbon emission and its causes,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper can provide reference for the research on regional low-carbon development,and also provide support for the government to make decisions on low-carbon development.
