摘要
新疆某工业园区污水处理厂一期处理规模为5000 m^(3)/d,采用混凝沉淀、水解酸化、A/O生化、臭氧氧化、曝气生物滤池等工艺处理园区工业废水。着重介绍了工艺流程及特点、各处理单元的主要设计参数和投资运行成本等。稳定运行阶段,出水平均COD、NH_(4)^(+)-N、TN、TP、SS浓度分别为26.00、3.39、8.69、0.29、5.16 mg/L,平均去除率分别为94.68%、89.83%、80.69%、95.23%、97.95%,优于一级A标准,可为该地区其他相关工程提供借鉴和参考。
The first-stage treatment scale of a sewage treatment plant in an industrial park in Xinjiang is 5000 m^(3)/d.The industrial wastewater in the park is treated by coagulation precipitation,hydrolysis acidification,A/O process,ozone oxidation,biological aerated filter and other processes.The process flow,main design parameters and operation cost of each treatment unit are emphatically introduced.In stable operation stage,the average concentrations of COD,NH_(4)+-N,TN,TP and SS in effluent are 26.00,3.39,8.69,0.29 and 5.16 mg/L,respectively,and the average removal rates are 94.68%,89.83%,80.69%,95.23%and 97.95%,respectively,which are better than the first-level A standard.It can provide reference for other related projects in this area.
