中国共产党作为世界上最大的马克思主义政党,既有大党所独有的优势,也面临着“六个如何始终”的独有难题。能否有效破解大党独有难题,是关系到党能否跳出“历史周期率”和实现长期执政的一个重大问题。新时代新征程,要有效破解大党独有难题,实现党的长期执政,必须坚持统筹谋划和系统推进,深刻把握破解大党独有难题的辩证法,正确处理坚持党中央集中统一领导与发扬党内民主、立根固本与开拓创新、自我革命与人民监督、问题导向与目标导向、激励与约束等一系列辩证关系。

As the world’s largest Marxist political party,the Communist Party of China has both the unique advantages of the big party and its unique problems.Whether it can effectively solve these unique problems is a major issue related to whether the Party can break out of the“historical periodic law”and achieve long-term governance.In the new era and new journey,in order to effectively solve the unique problems and realize long-term governance of the Party,we must adhere to the overall planning and system and correctly handle a series of dialectical relations,such as adhering to the centralized and unified leadership of the Party Central Committee and promoting inner-Party democracy,strengthening the foundation and innovation,self-revolution and people’s supervision,problem orientation and goal orientation,incentive and restraint.
