The Realization Path of the Construction of Rule of Law in Rural Areas in the Process of Chinese-style Modernization

中国式现代化进程中法治乡村的建设,是现实、理论和法律制度设计多重逻辑耦合的过程。乡村振兴是推动中国式现代化的重要组成部分,要根据农村发展的主要矛盾,在综合考量农业的多维度立法目标的前提下,在城乡融合的基础上,从宏观法治框架、中观部门法和农业专项法律修订、微观法律适用三个层次,进行释法、修法、立法工作,从而实现法治乡村建设的目标。

Realizing the rule of law in rural areas in the process of Chinese-style modernization is a multiple logical coupling of reality,theory,and legal system design.In view of the main contradictions of rural development and the multi-dimensional legislative objectives,and based on urban-rural integration,we should interpret,amend,and legislate from three levels,namely,the macro rule of law framework,the revision of departmental laws and special agricultural laws,and the application of micro laws,so as to achieve the goal of building a rule of law countryside.
