摘要
当前,城镇污水厂的自控系统普遍存在设备老化、功能单一、运行效率低下以及难以满足日益严格的环保标准等问题。对此,提出面向未来发展的自动化改造设计方案。通过详细论述生产监控系统,设计一个技术先进、功能齐全、经济实用的污水厂生产监控系统。从实际出发总结污水厂的控制经验,分别阐述各主要设备的控制要求、控制方式,为城镇污水处理厂的自动化控制设计提供一定的理论指导。通过对实际案例的应用验证,证明所提方案具有良好的可行性和实用性。
The current automatic control system of urban sewage plants generally faces problems such as equipment aging,single function,low operating efficiency,and difficulty in meeting increasingly strict environmental standards.Therefore,a design scheme for future development oriented automation transformation is proposed.Through a detailed discussion of the production monitoring system,the aim is to design a technologically advanced,fully functional,and economically practical production monitoring system for a sewage treatment plant.Summarize the control experience of sewage treatment plants from a practical perspective,elaborate on the control requirements and methods of each major equipment,and provide theoretical guidance for the automation control design of urban sewage treatment plants.Through the application verification of practical cases,the results show that the scheme has good feasibility and practicality.
