摘要
基于Labview平台开发一套针对可程控过程仪表校验仪全自动校准的控制系统。简述全自动校准系统的构成,详细介绍控制系统的设计思路、软件结构。该系统能够完成多种型号可程控过程仪表校验仪的全自动校准。实验证明控制系统的状态机结构在实际应用中的可行性。自动校准能够满足仪表的技术指标和目前的校准能力,且效率比传统人工方式提高30%以上。
The article has developed a control system based on auto-calibration system for programmable process calibrator.The structure of the system is presented.The design and structure of the software is shown in detail.The system can achieve fully-automatic calibration of process calibrator of various models.Experiment shows the availability of the state--machine structure of the software.The auto-calibration can meet the technical specification and the calibration capability,which has a 30%higher efficiency than traditional method.
