摘要
潮州市潮安区登塘镇,产茶历史悠久,出产远近闻名的登塘炒仔茶。茶叶采用传统的文火炒制技术,形成独特的品质特征,成为了粤东客家绿茶最具代表的地域产品之一。文章立足炒仔茶悠久的茶叶生产历史文化底蕴,归纳总结了登塘炒仔茶的加工工艺和品质特点,并就现阶段登塘茶产业发展现状提出相关建议。
Dengtang Town,Chaoan District in Chaozhou City,has a long history of tea production,which is famous for Dengtang Chaozai Tea.Using traditional processing skills,the tea has formed unique quality characteristics and has become one of the most representative regional products of Hakka green tea in East Guangdong province.Based on the long history and culture of tea production,this paper summarized the processing technology and quality characteristics of Dengtang Chaozai Tea,and put forward relevant suggestions on the further development of Dengtang Chaozai Tea industry.
