摘要
学校场域中教育过程公平是实现教育公平的关键环节,应追求至善的道德原则。当前,实施教育过程公平应处理好德育与智育、精英教育与大众教育、公平与效率的关系问题,遵循教育过程向内求的道德原则,明确教师教学在实施教育过程公平中的意义。树立正确的教育道德价值取向是实现教育过程公平的前提,增强教师公平的教育理念是实现教育过程公平的关键,提升教师自身素养是实现教育过程公平的落脚点。
Educational process equality in school field is the key link to realize educational equality,which should pursue the moral principle of ideal.At present,the relationship between moral education and intellectual education,elite education and mass education,equality and efficiency should be dealt with in the implementation of educational equality,following the moral principle of education process inward,and clarifying the significance of teachers’teaching in implementing educational equality.To establish the correct educational moral value orientation is the premise of realizing the equality of the educational process,to enhance the teachers’equal educational concept is the key to realizing the equality of the educational process,and to improve the teachers’own quality is the foothold of realizing the equality of the educational process.
