摘要
针对现有反潜作战存在指挥关系不清晰、信息流向不明确、处置手段单一等问题,从物理域、信息域、智能域3个方面出发,提出了反潜作战制胜机理及对抗模式。基于动态变化的OODA(observation,orientation,decision,action)作战环理论,结合反潜装备和作战样式发展现状及趋势分析,进行了有人-无人协同反潜作战概念设计,并总结出智能域反潜作战的关键技术需求,为未来低成本、高效反潜作战发展提供参考。
In response to the existing issues of unclear command relationships,ambiguous information flow,and limited means of disposal in anti-submarine warfare,this study proposes mechanisms and modes for achieving victory in anti-submarine operations.It approaches the problem from three perspectives:the physical domain,the information domain,and the intelligent domain.Based on the dynamic and evolving OODA(observation,orientation,decision,action)operational loop theory,combined with an analysis of the current status and trends in anti-submarine equipment and operational styles,a concept design for manned-unmanned cooperative anti-submarine warfare is presented.Additionally,key technological requirements for intelligent domain anti-submarine warfare are summarized,aiming to provide insights for the future development of low-cost and efficient antisubmarine operations.
