癫痫患者手术治疗的护理风险管理及效果分析

Nursing Risk Management and Effect Analysis of Surgical Treatment in Patients with Epilepsy

目的分析手术治疗癫痫患者接受护理风险管理对不良事件发生率的影响。方法回顾性分析深圳大学总医院神经外科2022年1月至2023年8月行手术治疗癫痫患者的临床资料,将全部160例患者按照护理方式差别划分为2组,每组各80例。对照组实施常规护理管理,观察组实施护理风险管理。观察比较两组不良事件、疗效分级、护理满意度。结果与对照组相对比,观察组不良事件总发生率显著下降,两组存在统计学意义(p<0.05);观察组Engel分级Ⅰ级占比显著提高,两组存在统计学意义(p<0.05);观察组护理总满意率显著提高,两组存在统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论手术治疗癫痫患者接受护理风险管理有助于降低不良事件发生率,保证手术临床疗效,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing risk management on the incidence of adverse events in patients with epilepsy undergoing surgery.Methods The clinical data of patients with epilepsy who underwent surgical treatment in the department of neurosurgery,Shenzhen University General Hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.All 160 patients were divided into two groups according to the difference of nursing methods,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing management,and the observation group was given nursing risk management.The adverse events,efficacy grading and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total incidence of adverse events in the observation group decreased significantly,and the two groups had statistical significance(p<0.05).The proportion of Engel gradeⅠin the observation group was significantly increased,and there was statistical significance between the two groups(p<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was significantly improved,and there was statistically significant between the two groups(p<0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk management in epilepsy patients undergoing surgery can help to reduce the incidence of adverse events,ensure the clinical efficacy of surgery,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
