历史遗留矿山生态修复模式及效益评价探讨

Discussion on Eco-restoration Mode and Benefit Evaluation of Historical Mine

矿业开发造成的环境影响日益凸显,根据2021年云南省开展历史遗留矿山核查工作,云南省历史遗留矿山情况已经摸清。根据核查结果,历史遗留废弃矿山生态修复迫在眉睫,但传统的生态修复模式,地方财政难以支撑生态修复的支出,也难以形成经济效益。根据当前云南省历史遗留废弃矿山生态修复模式及效益评价进行浅析探索。

The environmental effect caused by mining development becoming more and more prominent,now the historical mine situations of Yunnan province were figured out according to the inspection work of Yunnan historical mine in 2021.According to the inspection results,the ecological restoration of historical abandoned mines is imminent,but the local public finance is difficult to support costs of traditional ecological restoration model,and it is difficult to produce economic benefit.The paper discussed the ecological restoration model and benefit evaluation of the historical abandoned mine of Yunnan province.
