大直径深孔嗣后充填法不稳固顶板支护方案研究

摘要 采场切顶巷道支护成大直径深孔嗣后充填采矿法的重点难点,支护方案显的尤为重要。针对大直径深孔侧向崩矿嗣后充填法顶板支护方案,统筹分析了切顶巷道的失稳原因,提出了切顶层两侧布置点柱与预应力锚杆-锚索支护方式,顶板区域位移监测量仅为5.97 mm,进而大幅度提高了顶板稳定性,可为类似矿山采场顶板支护方案设计提供指导。 The roof-cutting roadside support of the stope is the important and difficult point of the large diameter subsequent filling mining method,the support scheme seems to be very important,the roof support scheme is proposed for the large diameter long-hole lateral caving subsequent filling method,we overall analyzed the unstable factors of roof-cutting roadside support,and proposed the arrangement of pillars on both sides of roof cutting,as well as the arrangement of prestressed anchor-anchor cable method,the monitored volume of movement of the roof area is only 5.97 mm,then the roof stability is increased greatly,it can provide references of the roof support scheme of the mining area to similar mines.
