摘要
四川某铜矿主要目的元素铜、钼的品位分别为0.73%、0.031%。在不改变四川某铜矿现场主体流程和磨矿参数的条件下,采用新型药剂KMC756为捕收剂开展了选矿条件试验,获得铜钼精矿Cu品位26.995%、Mo品位0.7918%,Cu回收率94.94%、Mo回收率84.80%。与其他浮选药剂进行了对比,该药剂对铜钼具有更好的选择性能,使得铜钼金属得到有效的回收。
The grade of host destination element copper and molybdenum in one copper mine of Sichuan separately is 0.73%and 0.031%.New type agent KMC756 is taken as the collecting agent for the development of mineral processing condition test without changing the on-site main process and ore grinding parameters of one Sichuan copper mine,it can obtain the copper and molybdenum concentrate,which Cu grade is 26.995%,Mo grade is 0.7918%,Cu recovery rate is 94.94%,Mo recovery rate is 84.80%.Compared with the other flotation agents,the agent has a better select performance for copper and molybdenum,and then copper and molybdenum can be recycled effectively.
