摘要
以某公司污酸治理升级改造项目所需的硫化氢气体制取工艺选择为实例,对Na_(2)S/NaHS酸解法、氢气与硫磺合成法制取硫化氢工艺,以及甲醇裂解、天然气蒸气转化制氢方案进行综合对比分析。综合多种影响因素研究选取了甲醇-硫磺合成硫化氢工艺治理污酸废水。
Hydrogen sulfide gas production process selection in a waste acid treatment upgrading and reconstruction project of one company is taken as a living example,the following methods were selected for comprehensive contrastive analysis:Na_(2)S/NaHS acid dissolution method,hydrogen sulfide production by synthetic method with hydrogen and sulphur,and hydrogen production by methanol lysis,natural gas steam reforming.Summarization of various influence factors,the methyl alcohol-sulfur synthetic method is selected as the hydrogen sulfide production process for waste acid water treatment.
