Cl^(-)添加剂对电解法制备超细铜粉的影响研究

摘要 针对电解法制备的铜粉在使用过程中存在团聚现象严重,易于氧化,导电性不佳等问题,研究了添加剂Cl^(-)浓度、电解过程中电流密度、温度、溶液循环流量等参数对铜粉粒度、结构和性能的影响。优化了电解工艺流程,制备了分枝均匀树枝状结构的铜粉。 Copper powder produced by the electrolysis method has serious agglomeration phenomenon when in use,it is prone to oxidation,the electrical conductivity is not good,and so on,then it studied the effect of parameters(addition agent Cl^(-)concentration,the current density,temperature,solution circulation flow and other parameters in the electrolysis process)on particle size,structure and performance of copper powders.The electrolysis process flow was optimized,and the copper powder with evenly branched dendritic structure was prepared.
