摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法对硅铝微粉中铍元素的含量进行测定。本文采用氢氧化钠高温条件下对硅铝微粉样品进行熔融,确定了氢氧化钠的用量及熔融时间,确立了最佳试验条件,铝基体和硅基体对测定结果无干扰,但碱熔法带入了大量的钠盐,故采用基体匹配标准曲线法,标准曲线的线性相关系数为0.9999;方法的精密度较好,相对标准偏差(n=11)小于3.00%;方法的灵敏度较高,检出限为0.02116μg/g;加标回收率为99.4%~103.67%。方法适用于硅铝微粉中铍元素含量范围为2.00~300.00μg/g的测定。
Inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy is adopted for the determination of beryllium elements in silicon-aluminum powder.Melting of silicon-aluminum powder sample was carried out by using sodium hydroxide under high-temperature condition,it confirmed the dosage and melting time of sodium hydroxide,the best test conditions,it has no interference with the testing results from the aluminum matrix and silicon matrix;because of using the alkali fusion method,a lot of sodium salt brought in,the matrix matching standard curve method as adopted,the linearly dependent coefficient of the standard curve is 0.9999;the method precision is better,the relative standard deviation(n=11)is less than 3.00%;the method sensitivity is higher,the detection limit is 0.02116μg/g,the recovery rate with addition of standard matters is 99.4%~103.67%.The method is appropriate for the determination of beryllium content in silicon-aluminum powder,which has the range of 2.00~300.00μg/g.
