摘要
针对雨水回收供水时水位波动大,存在高位溢池、低位烧泵的问题,研制了恒水位供水系统,通过数学模型建立、SIMULINK仿真分析,将各水池水位和阀门开度信号引入PLC进行PID控制,编写阀门控制程序调节阀门的开度,实现了进出水量的动态平衡,达到雨水回收系统投入自动模式后3 min水位就可稳定在设定值运行、设备故障率为0的效果,可节约用电和检修成本10万元/a。
Rainwater recycled water supply has the following problems:because water levels fluctuate wildly,it exists pool overflow at high levels,pumps burning at low levels,we researched the constant level water supply system,the signals of water level of pool and valve opening is introduced into PLC for PID control,adjustment of valve opening can be controlled by valve control programming,it realized the dynamic balance of influent and effluent water quantity,when the rainwater recycle system put into automation operation model after 3 min,the water level can be stabled at the setting value,the equipment failure rate is zero,the electricity and maintenance cost can be saved by¥ten thousand yuan per year.
