铁路上市公司承担着对接资本市场、实现市场再融资、聚集优质铁路资源与推动优质铁路资产资本化、股权化、证券化的重要功能。在阐述铁路上市公司双轮驱动价值管理内涵的基础上,以京沪高铁公司为例,分析京沪高铁公司价值管理独特性,构建京沪高铁公司经济价值和社会价值双轮驱动的价值管理模式,提出京沪高铁公司双轮驱动价值管理实施框架,从提高公司治理水平路径、经济价值创造实施路径、社会价值创造实施路径,以及内在价值传递路径等维度,探索京沪高铁公司双轮驱动价值管理实施路径,为京沪高铁公司提高价值创造能力、合理引导市场预期、提升资本市场价值认同感提供理论与实践借鉴。

Railway listed companies play an important role in connecting with the capital market,market refinancing,gathering high-quality railway resources,and promoting the capitalization,equity,and securitization of high-quality railway assets.Based on an elaboration of the connotation of two-wheel driven value management in railway listed companies,taking the Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway Company as an example,this paper analyzes the uniqueness of value management in the company,constructs a two-wheel driven value management model for economic and social value in the company,and proposes an implementation framework for two-wheel driven value management in the company.From the aspects of improving corporate governance,implementing economic value creation,implementing social value creation,and internal value transmission,this paper explores the implementation path of two-wheel driven value management in the Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway Company,providing theoretical and practical reference for the company to improve value creation ability,reasonably guide market expectations,and enhance capital market value identifica⁃tion.
