摘要
“大思政课”理念的提出是围绕立德树人根本任务为高校下一阶段的工作明确了方向,从“三全育人”“五育并举”到完善人才培养体系再到高质量教育体系的过程,都离不开教师的“主力军”作用,明确差异性是“大思政课”理念教师角色的认知前提,融合课与爱是“大思政课”理念教师角色的情感基调,兼具思与政是“大思政课”理念教师角色的行为逻辑,建立汇聚“大先生”的教师队伍,深化师生互动集体中的“大思政课”,提升“大思政课”教师角色的适切性,完成“大思政课”理念下高校教师角色的历史使命。在“大思政课”背景下对高校教师角色进行再认识再剖析是重要且必要的研究。
The proposal of the concept of“Great Ideological and Political Course”clarifies the direction for the next stage of work in universities around the fundamental task of“building morality and cultivating talents”.The process from“three comprehensive education”and“five education simultaneously”to improving the talent training system and then to high-quality education system cannot be separated from the“main force”role of teachers.Clarifying differences is the cognitive prerequisite for the role of teachers in the concept of“Great Ideological and Political Course”,integrating lessons and love is the emotional tone and combining ideology and politics is the behavioral logic.Establishing a teacher team that gathers“great teachers”,deepening the interaction between teachers and students in the“Great Ideological and Political Course”collective,enhancing the appropriateness of the role of teachers in the“Great Ideological and Political Course”concept,to complete the historical mission of the role of university teachers under the“Great Ideological and Political Course”concept.It is important and necessary to re understand and analyze the role of university teachers in the context of the“Great Ideological and Political Course”.
