“机械制造技术基础”课程教学综合改革与实践

摘要 在新工科建设、“中国制造2025”等国家教育战略背景下,为解决“机械制造技术基础”课程教学内容陈旧枯燥、教学方法固化单一、考核方式简单落后及思政要素欠缺等问题,提出有针对性的课程教学改革创新方法,创建了“感性实践—理论提升—生产实践”的三段式和“课前延展+BOPPPS+课后延伸”的教学模式,构建了分析解决复杂工程问题的“辩证、全面、发展、抓主要矛盾”的思维能力培养与科研、大赛、实习实践能力培养一体化创新复合型人才培养模式。探索出一条“好奇—兴趣—热爱—自觉”的学习新思路,形成线上线下融合式一流本科课程的教学改革创新模式和课程建设体系,其满足新工科建设要求,对提升课程教学质量具有一定的参考意义。 In national education strategies such as the new engineering construction and“Made in China 2025”,In order to solve the problems of outdated and dull teaching content,single teaching methods,simple and outdated assessment methods,and lack of ideological and political elements in the course of Fundamentals of Mechanical Manufacturing Technology,the targeted innovative teaching reform methods have been proposed,and a threestage teaching model of“perceptual practice theoretical improvement production practice”and a teaching model of“pre-class extension+BOPPPS+post-class extension”have been created.An integrated innovative and composite talent cultivation model is constructed that integrates the cultivation of thinking ability,scientific research,competition,and internship practice ability to analyze and solve complex engineering problems through“dialectical,comprehensive,developmental,and grasping major contradictions”method.It has explored a new learning approach of“curiosity-interest-love-consciousness”,forming an innovative teaching reform model and curriculum construction system that integrates online and offline first-class undergraduate courses,meeting the requirements of new engineering construction,and has certain reference significance for improving the quality of curriculum teaching.
