湖湘红色文化融入高校师范生师德教育价值及路径研究

摘要 将湖湘红色文化融入师范生师德教育,是培养具有高尚师德的师范生的有效途径。湖湘红色文化作为中国革命历史的重要组成部分,具有深刻内涵和时代价值。针对当前师范生师德教育在教育理念、教育内容、教育方法等方面存在的问题,探究通过开设相关课程、组织实践活动、建立红色文化教育基地等路径,以及强化师资队伍建设、完善教学评价体系、加强校地合作等策略,有效促进湖湘红色文化与师范生师德教育的融合,为我国教育事业培养更多有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的师资力量。 Integrating red culture of Hunan into teacher ethics education for normal school students is an effective way to cultivate normal school students with high teacher ethics.As an important part of Chinese revolutionary history,red culture of Hunan has profound connotations and contemporary value.Aiming at the current problems of teacher ethics education for normal school students in terms of education concept,education content,education method,etc.,the paper explores the paths of providing relevant courses,organizing practical activities,establishing red culture education bases,etc.The strategies of strengthening the construction of teachers,improving the evaluation system of teaching,and strengthening the cooperation between schools and localities,etc.are studied to effectively promote the integration of red culture of Hunan and teacher ethics education for normal school students.In this way,more ideal,ethical,cultured and disciplined teachers can be cultivated for the undertaking of education in China.
