摘要
为了探究怠速启停功能对排放的影响,文章依托国Ⅵ某燃油车进行开关怠速启停WLTC排放对比试验,通过对排放污染物测试结果分析,发现单纯开关怠速启停功能,NOx排放结果会有约18%恶化。根据排放秒采数据精准识别NOx排放污染物差异点,针对差异点进行控制发动机加浓自动起机后空燃比以及清氧模块空燃比,并推迟该工况点火角,改变发动机燃烧情况,降低NOx排放物生成。该优化方案为后续整车怠速启停功能开启后排放提供优化方向。
In order to explore the impact of idle start-stop function on emissions,this paper relies on a CN6 fuel vehicle to conduct a WLTC emission comparison test.Through the analysis of emission pollutant test results,it is found that about 18%of NOx emission results will be worsened if idle start-stop function is only used.The difference points of NOx emission pollutants are accurately identified according to the emission second data,and the air-fuel ratio after engine enrichment automatic starting and air-fuel ratio of oxygen purging module are controlled according to the difference points,and the ignition Angle under this working condition is delayed,the engine combustion condition is changed,and the generation of NOx emissions is reduced.The optimization scheme provides the optimization direction for the emission after the subsequent vehicle idle start-stop function is turned on.
