摘要
汽车柔性线束在设计过程中缺乏仿真工具,无法进行动静态受力分析,导致出现线束干涉磨损、设计走向与实物有偏差等问题。文章基于IPS仿真软件,以某车型线束系统为例,建立部分动、静态仿真模型,并进行试验验证,探究仿真技术的优势,为汽车柔性线束设计提供支持。
In the design process of automotive flexible wire harness,there is a lack of simulation tools,and dynamic and static force analysis cannot be carried out,resulting in problems such as interference and wear of wire harness,deviation between the design trend and the actual object,etc.Based on IPS simulation software,this papertaking a vehicle harness system as an example,a partial dynamic and static simulation model is established and verified by experiments to explore the advantages of simulation technology and provide support for the design of vehicle flexible harness.
