基于絮凝-交替式水平排水板真空预压法泥浆处理试验

摘要 新型交替式真空预压法作为延缓淤堵层形成的新方法,可通过交替施加真空压力,使得颗粒发生反向迁移,改善颗粒单向运移造成的孔隙通道堵塞问题,其加固后土体均匀性较为优异。为此,将该方法结合絮凝剂运用在水平排水板上处理工程废泥浆,提出絮凝-交替式水平排水板真空预压法(F-A-PHDVP),旨在加固效率和土体强度方面进行优化。共开展五组室内模型试验,试验结果表明,与絮凝真空预压法(F-PHDVP)相比,F-A-PHDVP可以优化淤堵层颗粒组成,使得整体细颗粒分布更均匀,从而提升土体加固效果,交替组中C5加固效果最好,其排水量较其余组分别提升2.92%~15.28%,沉降量提升幅值为2.39%~10.46%,但加固效率均有所下降。该试验成果为真空预压法处理废泥浆提供了全新的方法参考,具有较大的实际工程意义。 As a new method to delay the formation of silting layer,the new alternating vacuum precompression method can make the particles migrate in reverse by alternately applying vacuum pressure,and improve the problem of pore channel blockage caused by unidirectional particle migration.Therefore,the method combined with flocculant is applied to the horizontal drainage plate to treat engineering waste mud,and the flocculation-alternating horizontal drainage plate vacuum preloading method(F-A-PHDVP)is proposed to optimize the reinforcement efficiency and soil strength.Five sets of laboratory model tests were carried out in this paper.The test results show that compared with the flocculation vacuum precompression method(F-PHDVP),F-A-PHDVP can optimize the particle composition of the silting layer and make the overall fine particle distribution more uniform,thus improving the soil reinforcement effect.C5 in the alternating group has the best reinforcement effect.Compared with the other groups,its displacement increased by 2.92%~15.28%,and its settlement increased by 2.39%~10.46%,but the reinforcement efficiency decreased.The test results provide a new method reference for the vacuum prepressing method to treat waste mud,and have great practical engineering significance.
