摘要
基于《抗震管理条例》提出的“设防地震下正常使用”要求,提出消能减震结构性能化设计的性能目标及构件承载力要求的验算指标,并通过实际算例阐述了消能减震设计的基本流程,反映了消能减震元件的减震效果,实现了预设的减震性能目标。
Based on the requirements of“Normal Use Under Seismic Fortification”proposed in the Regulations on Seismic Management,the performance objectives of performance-based design for seismic energy dissipation structures and the verification indicators of component bearing capacity requirements are proposed.The basic process of energy dissipation and seismic reduction design is explained through practical examples,reflecting the seismic reduction effect of seismic energy dissipation components and achieving the preset seismic reduction performance goals.
