结合塑料排水板堆载预压法处理滩涂软土路基的工程实例,从该工法处理软土地基的机理出发,根据施工工艺流程,提出了业主单位在施工准备阶段、施工工艺流程、施工监测全过程现场管理的关键要点,通过把关施工组织设计、塑料排水板带原材料质量,管控排水板打设深度、排水板“回带”、排水板板位,加强施工监测期管理,实例工程处理软基效果达到预期,工程管理经验可为类似工程业主现场管理提供借鉴和参考。

Combining with plastic drain board stack preloading treatment of soft soil subgrade of tidal flats engineering example,based on the mechanism of the method of dealing with soft soil foundation,according to the construction process,put forward the whole process of the project units management in construction preparation,construction technological process,key points of monitoring construction site,through controlling construction organization design,quality of raw materials,in charge of the setting depth of plastic drainage plate,the“back belt”of drainage board and the position of drainage board,strengthen the management of construction monitoring period,achieved the expected effect of soft foundation treatment in the example project.The project management experience can provide reference for the site management of similar project owners.
