沥青路面施工智能化管控研究

摘要 随着高速公路建设的快速发展,沥青路面施工质量的提升成为工程管理的关键。传统的施工方法存在质量控制滞后、信息化水平不足等问题,亟需引入智能化管理以提高施工效率和质量。以某高速公路项目为例,采用沥青路面智能化管控系统,从拌合站生产、混合料运输、路面摊铺碾压、实验室数据监控四个方面入手,通过实时数据采集、分析和预警,实现对施工过程的精确控制。结果表明,沥青路面智能化管控系统在沥青路面施工中的应用,不仅提升了施工质量,还为后期运营阶段的质量溯源分析提供了重要的数据支撑。 With the rapid development of highway construction,the improvement of asphalt pavement construction quality has become the key to engineering management.Traditional construction methods have problems such as lagging quality control and insufficient information technology,and there is an urgent need to introduce intelligent management to improve construction efficiency and quality.Taking a certain highway project as an example,an intelligent control system for asphalt pavement is adopted,starting from four aspects:mixing station production,mixture transportation,pavement paving and rolling,and laboratory data monitoring.Through real-time data collection,analysis,and early warning,precise control of the construction process is achieved.The results indicate that the application of intelligent control system for asphalt pavement in asphalt pavement construction not only improves construction quality,but also provides important data support for quality traceability analysis in the later operation stage.
