摘要
基于应变率函数的EPS动态本构关系,通过基础力学实验对不同速率下特别是落石冲击应变率下山区公路棚洞顶部EPS回填层抗压性能的计算,定性研究了EPS泡沫材料的动态力学行为。观察到EPS材料抗压力学性能随应变率提升而增强。通过线性拟合,得到关于EPS其厚度对其抗压性能的影响,在两者因素影响下,计算得到工程实际中最优的缓冲层配合比。
Based on dynamic constitutive relation function of strain rate,calculated by the basic mechanics experiments on compression performance of EPS at different rates especially under the impact of the strain rate rockfall,qualitative study of the dynamic mechanical behavior of EPS foam.Observed that the mechanical properties of EPS material with compressive strain rate increase and enhance.By linear fit to give its impact on EPS thickness compressive properties.Under the influence of two factors,the calculated optimal engineering practice in the buffer layer mix.
