基于交叉学科特点和OBE理念的“工程经济学”课程思政教学改革与实践

摘要 以皖西学院土木工程专业“工程经济学”课程为例,紧扣工程与经济交叉学科的特点,构建了“情怀、素养、人格”三级课程思政资源库,创新了“知识传授+能力培养+情怀厚植+素养精培+人格塑造”五位一体的教学目标。并以OBE理念为指导,重构递进式知识结构体系,打磨复合立体式课程思政教学过程设计,渐进式融入思政元素,以达到“感知”“感悟”“感动”“感召”的育人效果。构建了以过程管理为重点、多维度全过程的课程考核体系。思政育人成效显著,为土建类专业经济管理类课程的课程思政教学改革提供了经验借鉴。 Taking the course of“Engineering Economics”for civil engineering major of West Anhui University as an example,closely following the interdisciplinary characteristics of engineering discipline and economics discipline,the paper constructs an three-level ideological and political resource library in feelings,professional qualities and personality,and develops teaching objectives of“five in one”in knowledge transfer,ability development,feelings implantation,professional qualities cultivation and personality shaping.Under the guidelines of OBE concept,the paper rebuilds progressive knowledge structure system,polishes composite stereoscopic teaching design and progressively integrates ideological and political elements to achieve the educational result from perception,inspiration and moving to impulse.At last,the study constructs multi-dimensional courses evaluation system focusing on process management.The result reflects the effect of ideological and political education is remarkable,so it can provides experience for economic management courses of civil engineering majors.
