长三角一体化中安徽省数字经济发展差距、重点任务与实现路径

Development Gap,Priority Task and Realization Path of Anhui Province Digital Economy on the Integration of Yangtze River Delta

从区域发展、数字人才、企业数字化和数字经济政策多维度对比分析长三角一体化中安徽省数字经济的发展差距和主要原因,结合安徽省经济发展的比较优势提出数字经济的重点任务和实现路径。研究发现,安徽省与沪苏浙在数字经济发展规模、城市数字经济、数字人才规模和企业数字化转型等方面存在较大差距,但是,近年来安徽省对数字经济的政策支持力度赶超沪苏浙。基于安徽省数字经济发展的科技创新优势、制造业优势和资源区位优势,重点任务是加强数字技术创新、推动产业数字化转型和发展数字服务产业。最后提出安徽省数字经济的发展路径,主要包括加强长三角数字技术产学研协同创新、推进企业数字化转型发展、促进长三角数字经济融合发展和推动共建区域联席合作机制。

The article compares the development gap and its reasons of digital economy in Anhui Province on the integration of Yangtze River Delta from the multi-dimensional aspects of regional development,digital talents,enterprise digitization and digital economy policies,and proposes the priority tasks and realization paths of digital economy in combination with the comparative advantages of economic development in Anhui Province.It is observed that there are massive gaps between Anhui Province and Shanghai,Jiangsu and Zhejiang in the scale of digital economy development,urban digital economic,enterprise digital transformation and digital talent scale.However,Anhui Province's policy support for the digital economy has caught up with Shanghai,Jiangsu and Zhejiang in recent years.According to the advantages of science and technology innovation,manufacturing industry,resources and location in Anhui Province,the priority tasks are to strengthen digital technology innovation,promote digital transformation of industries and develop digital service industries.Finally,the realization path of digital economic in Anhui province is proposed,which includes merchandising the collaborative innovation of digital technology by industry-university-research,promoting the development of digital transformation of enterprises,strengthening the integration of digital economic and co-constructing the regional joint cooperation mechanism.
