药师干预对药房调剂处方的合理性及安全性影响

Impact of Pharmacist Intervention on the Rationality and Safety of Pharmacy Dispensing Prescriptions

目的探讨药师干预对药房调剂处方的影响。方法郑州市第十五人民医院于2022年1月1日开展药师药学干预,以此时间为节点,将2021年7月至2021年12月开展药学干预前的12421张药房调剂处方设为对照组,将2022年1月至2022年6月开展药学干预后的12316张药房调剂处方设为观察组。观察和比较两组不合理处方发生率、患者满意度、护患纠纷率。结果观察组不合理处方发生率(3.50%)低于对照组(14.74%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护患纠纷率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在药房开展药师药学干预,能够提升调剂处方的合理性以及安全性,降低护患纠纷率,提升患者满意度。

Objective To explore the impact of pharmacist intervention on pharmacy dispensing prescriptions.Methods The Fifteenth People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou initiated pharmacist pharmaceutical intervention on January 1,2022.Taking this time as the node,12,421 pharmacy dispensing prescriptions from July 2021 to December 2021 before the pharmaceutical intervention were set as the control group,and 12,316 pharmacy dispensing prescriptions from January 2022 to June 2022 after the pharmaceutical intervention were set as the observation group.The incidence of irrational prescriptions,patient satisfaction,and nurse-patient dispute rates of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The incidence of irrational prescriptions in the observation group(3.50%)was lower than that in the control group(14.74%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The nurse-patient dispute rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out pharmacist pharmaceutical intervention in the pharmacy can enhance the rationality and safety of dispensing prescriptions,reduce the nurse-patient dispute rate,and improve patient satisfaction.
