学科交叉背景下博士生培养质量探讨

摘要 交叉学科研究生培养是建设世界一流大学的重要内容,也是“双一流”建设背景下拔尖创新人才培养的重要途径。北京邮电大学电子工程学院不断探索提高学科交叉背景下研究生培养质量的改革措施,以“电接触研究”交叉方向博士生培养为例,从校内外多学科的合作、国际合作、企业合作以及课程设置等多个方面进行探讨和实践,研究成果对提高高校博士研究生培养质量具有重要参考价值。 Interdisciplinary graduate training is an important part of building a world-class university and also an important way to cultivate top-notch innovative talents under the background of the"Double First Class"construction.The School of Electronic Engineering of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications has been exploring effective ways to improve the quality of postgraduate training in the context of interdisciplinary research.Taking the interdisciplinary doctoral training of Electrical Contact Research as an example,this paper explores and practices from multiple aspects such as interdisciplinary cooperation inside and outside the university,international cooperation,enterprise cooperation,and curriculum design.This research has important reference value for improving the quality of postgraduate training in universities.
