新工科背景下测控技术与仪器培养体系

摘要 新工科背景下给予测控技术与仪器专业发展前所未有的机遇,同时也对其人才培养体系提出了更高的要求。以“增强产业结合、落实目标引导”为理念,进行教学方案与培养体系的优化,以及高水平多学科融合课程体系的建设。同时采用加大开放办学促进交流合作、学科竞赛、科研融入教学的改革方式促进教学体系的持续完善和改进。实践证明学生的学习能力、研究创新能力和工程分析能力都有了明显的提高。 The concept of"Emerging Engineering Education"(3E)has provided unprecedented opportunities for the development of measurement and control technology and instrumentation.At the same time,it also presents higher requirements for its talent cultivation system.Aiming at"enhancing industry integration and implementing goal-oriented guidance",the teaching plans and training systems are optimized,and a high-level,multidisciplinary integrated curriculum system is constructed.Meanwhile,reform methods of increasing open education to promote communication and cooperation,and integrating disciplinary competitions and scientific research into teaching are adopted to promote the continuous improvement and innovation in the teaching system.Verified through practice,the students'learning ability,research and innovation ability,and engineering analysis ability have been improved significantly.
