摘要
推动新型研发机构健康有序发展,对于深入实施创新驱动发展战略,提升国家创新体系整体效能意义重大,管理服务队伍是确保机构高效、有序、稳定运行,提升组织竞争力和可持续发展能力的核心力量。本文分析了新型研发机构内设科研平台的管理服务队伍现状和面临的问题与挑战,结合浙江大学杭州国际科创中心的管理服务队伍建设实践,提出新型研发机构内设科研平台管理服务队伍建设的对策建议。
Promoting the healthy and orderly development of new type research and development(R&D)institutions is crucial for the deep implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy and for enhancing the overall efficacy of the national innovation system.The administrative team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient,orderly,and stable operation of these in-stitutions,thereby boosting organizational competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities.This paper analyzes the current status,challenges,and problems faced by the administrative teams within the internal research platforms of new type R&D institutions.By incorporating the practical experiences of team construction at the ZJU-Hangzhou Global Scientific and Technological Innovation Center,this paper proposes strategic recommendations for building administrative teams in new type R&D institutions.
