胰岛素泵与益生菌联合应用对妊娠糖尿病患者细胞免疫功能及血糖的影响

Effect of insulin pump combined with probiotics on the regulation of cellular immune function and blood glocose in gestational diabetes

目的:探讨胰岛素泵与益生菌联合应用对妊娠糖尿病患者细胞免疫功能及血糖的影响。方法:选取2022年5月-2023年3月确诊为妊娠糖尿病患者120例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(单纯胰岛素泵治疗)和观察组(胰岛素泵与益生菌联合治疗),每组60例,比较2组干预前后免疫功能、血糖水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:2组干预前CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均明显高于对照组,而CD8^(+)明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组干预前餐后2小时血糖(2hPBG)、空腹血糖(FPG)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组2hPBG、FPG及HbAlc水平均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(5.00%)明显低于对照组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胰岛素泵与益生菌联合应用对妊娠糖尿病患者细胞免疫功能的调节具有积极作用,可有效控制血糖,安全可靠。

Objective:To investigate the effect of insulin pump combined with probiotics on cellular immune function and blood glucose in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:A total of 120 patients with GDM diagnosed from May 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group(60 cases in each group),the control group was treated with insulin pump alone,the observation group was treated with insulin pump combined with probiotics.The immune function,blood glucose level and adverse reaction were compared before and after intervention.Results:There was no significant difference in^(+)CD3,^(+)CD4,^(+)CD8,^(+)CD4^(+)/CD8 between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);after intervention,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),^(+)CD4^(+)/CD8 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while^(+)CD8 in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2-HPBG),fasting blood glucose(FPG)and glycated hemoglobin blood glucose(HbA1c)between the two groups before and after intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the levels of PBG,FPG and HbAlc in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(5.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.00%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Insulin pump combined with probiotics has a positive effect on the regulation of cellular immune function in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.It can effectively control blood glucose and is safe and reliable.
